Which operating systems can I use?

Ubuntu, Debian or another Linux distribution. Tell us which one in your request.

Do I get root access?

Yes. The server is yours to set up the way you want.

Do I get my own IPv4 address?

Yes. Every VPS comes with its own IPv4 address.

Can I upgrade later?
